I purchased the custom shoes for my daughters 14th birthday. Te item was exactly as described, they exceeded our expectations. I was amazed at the level of customer service, I requested a rush shipment in order to get in time for my daughters birthday, they arrived a couple of days before I expected. Joys responded within only a couple of hours of any message I sent regarding updates. I highly recommend this store!!!
These shoes are absolutely amazing! The wait was very long but because there shoes are so amazing so many people order them at once so it does take a while but it is very much worth it! My shoes came exactly a week ago and I haven't worn them yet but they're so beautiful! I've never ordered anything from them so I was very curious on to how long it would take so I texted them on Instagram and they got back to me very soon! I 10/10 recommend! I'd definitely order from them again:)
It's completely understandable as to why it took so long , but it was so worth the wait! I love it ! Their beautiful! I will be ordering more from this store :)

Such great quality!! I am so picky with ordering from shoe websites and worried they wouldn't come out looking like the picture BUT these shoes look exactly like the picture and ARE AMAZING!! My brother is going to love them!!!
