Because everything at Unite Custom has been carefully hand-made individually just for you, we cannot refund or exchange your custom sneakers for reasons such as change of mind. Customising sneakers is an art form and this means every custom sneaker is hand-crafted for each customer’s request. All of our designs are either printed, painted or stitched into the shoe for extra durability.

If on the rarest of occasions your item is faulty on arrival, please send an email to support@unitecustom.com with your order number and an image for us to review. All products must be in the same condition upon arrival meaning that they must be in an undamaged and unworn condition. Your warranty is voided once the product has been used.

As a general guideline, shipping and handling typically will take up to 1-2 weeks for domestic shipping and up to 2-3 weeks for international shipping.
