Before you begin customization, make sure you have chosen the appropriate shoe style and size. Customized shoes cannot be returned or exchanged, so it's essential to accurately measure your foot length and width to avoid sizing issues. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Regarding Shipping

Each pair of our shoes is handcrafted, so we require 1-2 weeks of preparation time before shipping.

Regarding Shipping Time:

• The estimated shipping time is usually 1-2 weeks. However, please keep in mind that shipping time is just an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Regarding Shipping Carrier:

• For domestic shipping in the UK, we usually use Royal Mail.
• For shipping to the European Union, DHL and FedEx are commonly used courier companies.
• In the United States, USPS and FedEx are typically used for shipping.

Regarding  Authenticity 

These shoes are not produced in official collaboration with the Nike brand. They are purely artistic expressions. We purchase shoes from authorized retailers such as Nike, Footlocker, JD Sports, Hype DC, etc., at retail prices. We then add our artistic designs to the shoes. We aim to keep it straightforward, so the prices on our website include both the shoes we procure on your behalf and the customization design for the shoes. Each pair is individually handcrafted and painted with high-quality acrylic paint on genuine leather. There's a transparent coating on top for extra protection.
