Regarding Size

Before starting customization, please make sure you choose the correct shoe style and size. You can refer to the size chart we provide to avoid sizing issues. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Regarding Shipping

• For domestic shipping in the UK, we usually use Royal Mail.
• For shipping to the European Union, DHL and FedEx are commonly used courier companies.
• In the United States, USPS and FedEx are typically used for shipping.

Regarding  Authenticity 

These shoes are not produced in official collaboration with the Nike brand. They are purely artistic expressions. We purchase shoes from authorized retailers such as Nike, Footlocker, JD Sports, Hype DC, etc., at retail prices. We then add our artistic designs to the shoes. We aim to keep it straightforward, so the prices on our website include both the shoes we procure on your behalf and the customization design for the shoes. Each pair is individually handcrafted and painted with high-quality acrylic paint on genuine leather. There's a transparent coating on top for extra protection.

Regarding Order Update

Once the shoes are shipped, we will upload the tracking number on the website, which you can use to track the shipment. You can also reach us at the email address support@unitecustom.com. We will promptly respond to any updates about your order.

Care Details

We recommend using a damp cloth or a soft brush to gently wipe the shoe surface. Remove the laces for cleaning. Clean the shoe surface with mild soapy water or a shoe cleaning solution, using a soft brush for gentle scrubbing. Clean the insoles separately and allow them to dry thoroughly. Air-dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding compression.
