The shoes are so nice and I'm obsessed! They aren't uncomfortable either, they also don't crease that easily which is super nice. Would definitely recommend getting them
Hassle free/ Elegant shoes
I purchased the custom shoes for my daughters 14th birthday. Te item was exactly as described, they exceeded our expectations. I was amazed at the level of customer service, I requested a rush shipment in order to get in time for my daughters birthday, they arrived a couple of days before I expected. Joys responded within only a couple of hours of any message I sent regarding updates. I highly recommend this store!!!
